INDIANAPOLIS – Real estate appraisal management services provider StreetLinks Lender Solutions, announced today that it plans to further expand its Central Indiana operations, creating more than 150 new jobs by 2013.

The company, which provides warranted residential valuation services and technologies to mortgage lenders across the United States, will invest nearly $1.1 million to expand its Southside Indianapolis presence. The announcement follows the company’s 2009 announcement to open an Indianapolis office and create 320 new jobs.

“StreetLinks is proving once again that Indiana’s low business costs are attracting new investment to our state” said Governor Mitch Daniels. “This company is continuing what they started more than two years ago and we’re happy to welcome StreetLinks’ investment for a second time.”

StreetLinks, which currently employs close to 400 associates at its existing facility at 7551 S. Shelby Street, will continue hiring operations associates and managers as a portion of its existing staff transition to a new telecommuting program.  “When the search began to expand our operations we were approached by many states and municipalities to consider their marketplace, but we know where our roots are. Our Hoosier associates are simply the best,” said Paul Bradley, operations vice president at StreetLinks.

With roots dating back to 1996, StreetLinks has quickly grown to among the largest appraisal management providers in the country, with a network of more than 25,000 appraisers serving clients throughout the United States. StreetLinks was also recently named a 2011 Top Workplace in a special edition of the Indianapolis Star.

The Indiana Economic Development Corporation offered StreetLinks up to $950,000 in performance-based tax credits and up to $40,000 in training grants based on the company’s job creation plans. The city of Indianapolis and Develop Indy will support personal property tax abatement for StreetLinks before the Metropolitan Development Commission.

“The growth of Streetlinks is an ongoing Indianapolis success story,” said Mayor Greg Ballard. “We appreciate their commitment to grow here and create more new jobs in Indianapolis.”

The announcement of StreetLinks expansion comes just less than one month after internet marketing firm, Slingshot SEO announced plans to invest more than $685,000 to expand within its current space in Indianapolis, creating up to 114 new jobs by 2013.
