Mayor's charity luau is on Saturday at IMS 1.19.11

Mayor Greg Ballard will raise money for local charity and help bring thoughts of warmer climates during an annual event on the Westside.
The fourth annual Luau Open House will be from 2 to 4:30 p.m. Saturday at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Pavilion, said Paula Freund, Ballard's spokeswoman.
The public is welcome at the free event.
Attendees are asked to donate $5 to the Boys and Girls Clubs of Indianapolis or donate canned or nonperishable food items for Gleaners Food Bank.
Those going to the event should enter the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Pavilion through Gate 2 off of 16th Street, then head toward the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum and follow the signs to the event.
