MMY, which also provides Google smartphone software application services and support to health care providers and the private sector, plans to invest more than $700,000 to lease and equip 5,000 square feet of office space at Keystone at the Crossing on Indianapolis' northeast side.

Its current location is 5750 Castle Creek Parkway, near Allisonville Road-Interstate 465 corridor.
MMY is soliciting applications on its website and says it will hire consultants and sales professionals immediately as facility and equipment upgrades are completed at the new office.
Indianapolis has made a big push to land information technology companies.

"Small and growing businesses, such as MMY Consulting, are vital to our local economy. Anytime we can assist a small business with its growth and expansion plans in Indianapolis, we are happy to do so," said Mayor Greg Ballard in a statement.

The Indiana Economic Development Corp. said it offered MMY Consulting Inc., up to $1 million in performance-based tax credits based on the company's job-creation plans. The city of Indianapolis will consider additional property tax abatement at the request of Develop Indy.

"The growth we are experiencing is the result of executing on a solid business strategy in a state that encourages and supports business growth in meaningful ways," Monachino said.
